Shipping & Returns 

Original Art - Orders for Original Art are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days of order and will be shipped via UPS. Should the artwork not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the order, as long as it is still in its original, undamaged condition. Returns must be sent to us in the original packaging.

Prints - All artwork prints are made to order and fulfilled by Fine Arts Of America. Please refer to their return policy for more information.

Pillows - Pillow orders are all printed and made to order in the United Kingdom, and then shipped via FedEx. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. As all pillows are made to order, a 25% restocking fee will apply for any returns.

No returns shall be made without contacting us first for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will then issue you a return shipping label. Return shipping cost shall be paid for by the purchaser, unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Refunds will be issued after goods are received and inspected and deemed to be in original, undamaged condition. The refund will be for the original cost of the item, minus the return shipping cost.

Wallpapers - Wallpapers are all printed and made to order in the United Kingdom, and then shipped via FedEx. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately, as our wallpapers are printed to order in small batches, we are unable to offer refunds or credits if you change your mind. We urge you to order a sample first to make sure the design you are ordering meets your needs.

IMPORTANT: Please inspect all goods immediately upon receipt and notify us in writing of any damage. Please also keep any packaging until you receive further instructions from us. All damaged goods that are caused by shipping MUST BE REPORTED to us within 48 hours of receipt for us to file a claim with the carrier. We will also need photos that clearly show the damages, as well as photographs of the packaging.
